@purism can you please let me know if this is a known issue. I'm not a company with resources, I'm a private citizen. Please put yourself in my shoes, I'm being targeted and need to know the truth.. is this a known issue. I'm not sure if any Purism staff is even lurking here. May I ask which 3rd parties you purchased these laptops from?
