A screenshot shows a GitHub pull request email sent to hundreds of thousands of EpicGames organization members. The joke is that someone mentioned the entire organization in a pull request, accidentally notifying nearly 400,000 people, making the sender look spectacularly careless. It is used as a reaction to mass notifications, accidental mentions, or chaotic software development.
