Deodorant Health Warning Makes Bateman Laugh
why wearing deodorant everyday might be bad for your health- here's why 24 April 2024 by Pajeet Banerjee
A BBC-style article headline claims that wearing deodorant every day might be bad for your health, with an arrow pointing at the suspicious byline “Pajeet Banerjee.” Below it, Patrick Bateman from American Psycho gradually turns a serious look into manic laughter, making the absurd headline and questionable author attribution feel increasingly ridiculous. Haddaway’s upbeat 1990s Eurodance song “What Is Love” plays throughout, creating an ironic contrast between the ominous setup and Bateman’s escalating laughter, so the clip works as a reaction to obvious misinformation or a hilariously fake article.
