A screenshot of two posts shows Windows network error dialogs caused by commands involving rundll32.exe and ndfapi.dll. The joke is that changing “Defending” to “Offending” in the obscure command name changes the imagined role in the IP conflict, making a technical Windows error absurdly sound like a battle between computers. It is used as a reaction to dangerous autostart commands, obscure system internals, or unnecessarily pedantic technical corrections.
