Endless Software Interview Process
Interview process: 1. Introduction Call with internal HR (30min, Skype) 2. Coding challenge (within 1 week) 3. Technical Interview with Team Lead (3060min, Skype or Onsite) 4. Office day: Team interviews, Tech test/Pair Programming, Team lunch,
A job interview process is shown with several increasingly absurd and time-consuming stages. The joke is the typo-like “3060min” technical interview duration, exaggerating how exhausting and bureaucratic hiring can feel. This meme is used as a reaction to overly long recruitment processes.
