WTF IS GOING ON IN THIS CAREER! Rant Expected to grind Leetcode/codewars for months 3+ long ass Interview rounds + tests Juniors expected to deeply know several languages and frameworks. Expected to be experienced in Cloud, Docker/kubernetes Expected to be a master in frontend AND backend Having to do CTFs to proof your commited Entree level jobs asking for 3 years of experience All type of questions go: 1. Backend 2. Frontend 3. Databases 4. OOP 5. DataStructures 6. Operating System 7. Design Patterns 8. Network 9. obscure questions of several languages. wtf is going on, has the recruiting always been like this? wtf man, at the very least one should know crazy things on top of having a Bachelors on software enginerring/CS ? I feel like taking crazy pills.
