I'm afraid that all we see currently is "blah-penis-blah".
A screenshot of a Jira issue requesting that the URL string "allopenissues" be changed because it contains the substring "penis." The joke comes from accidentally reading a harmless technical word as a sexual word, with the unresolved issue status making the complaint even more absurd. It is used as a reaction to awkward naming, accidental innuendo, or silly bug reports.
