When You Don't Know Phonetics
when you don't know the phonetic alphabet "C" as in "A" as in "S" as in "Sea" "E" as in "You"
A headset-wearing office worker in a jacket and tie types on a bright red keyboard while trying to recite phonetic alphabet examples. He says the letters in an increasingly confused way, using “Sea” and “You” as if they were phonetic code words. The joke is a playful parody of someone who does not know the NATO phonetic alphabet and improvises obvious-sounding words.
