so I recently downloaded Grindr there were only three of us so I downloaded the app and sure enough now I made very clear in the conversation that I am not gay I do think he thought something was gonna happen later on that night we meant, can you tell us about a time you thought outside of the box okay yeah so I downloaded

The joke is the awkward double meaning and unexpected interview punchline.

So I recently downloaded Grindr. Now I'm not gay, but I was with some friends late on a Friday night and we really wanted to play code names. There were only three of us and obviously you need four people for code names. And I had heard from a friend that people respond very quickly on Grindr. So I downloaded the app and sure enough, there was someone 200 yards away that was down to play. Now I made very clear in the conversation that I am not gay. Person was still down, he came over, great guy, played a few games. I do think he thought something was gonna happen later on that night. I made it very clear that I am not gay. But. Andrew, yeah, we meant, can you tell us about a time you thought outside of the box in like a previous job? Okay, okay, yeah. So this one time I couldn't figure out how to do a VLOOKUP, so I downloaded Grindr.
