Text on the meme

Japanese professional poker player Obara Jun just found out that a random American dude he met at a restaurant back in February was United Healthcare CEO shooting suspect Luigi Mangione. 始まってるわ 1番ポーカーうまそうな手前はたまたま店で一緒になったハワイの人ポーカーの事は知らない模様

What it means

A collage shows Japanese professional poker player Obara Jun posing with a group of people at a restaurant, alongside a post explaining that the random American man he met there was Luigi Mangione, the suspect in the shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. The joke is the absurd coincidence and delayed realization, making it a reaction image for unexpectedly discovering that an ordinary stranger was secretly a notorious criminal.
