Mr. Robot Depression for Normies

>show its called Mr.Robot >its supposed to be about a depressed guy with social anxiety >has a well paid job >has a female best friend >has a chad friend that wants to hang out with him >has sex with a female drugs dealer in the first chapter after sex scene they put some scene of him crying and saying muh loneliness and anxiety so this is how depression looks like for normies

A screenshot-style greentext meme shows a still of Elliot from Mr. Robot alongside a sarcastic list of the character’s supposedly idealized life: a well-paid job, friends, sex, and dramatic loneliness. The punchline mocks the show for presenting depression and social anxiety in an appealing, exaggerated way that “normies” can consume as edgy entertainment.
